It is too early to give out grades yet, but Oakland and Tampa Bay are failing so far. This is the marathon day, and it is here where you really get the base of your team. Everyone is looking for the next Tom Brady like pick, but more often than not you get some starters who will take a few years to develop or some quality role players and backups. Stay tuned.
